Department: Facilities Managment

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Coordination of all facilities management activities for assigned projects involving maintenance, safety, security of completed buildings
  • Ensuring periodic maintenance and incidental repair works of assigned projects
  • Coordination with contracted vendors, suppliers, repair and maintenance providers to ensure timely and accurate service
  • Implementation and follow up of all standard work processes, documentations, operation control checks, employee evaluations in coordination with the management team
  • Arrangement of various events related to assigned project including organizing and coordinating departmental meetings
  • Preparing and reporting monthly status pertaining to finance required for maintaining departmental infrastructure and facilities

  • Engineering Background will be an added advantage
