The Quantity Surveyor will contribute significantly to the project success by ensuring that every financial aspect is managed efficiently and effectively. Bay Developments is in search of a highly motivated Quantity Surveyor who will be at the forefront of our projects. As a vital team member, you will be entrusted with diverse responsibilities encompassing precise cost estimation, strategic budget management, and meticulous procurement coordination.

Job Description

• Prepare and check detail Quantity Estimation.
• Prepare and check BOQ & BOM of all projects.
• Prepare and check project specification of all projects.
• Prepare and check comparative statement, rate analysis, etc. of various construction works/materials as per requirement.
• Prepare and check feasibility and high-level budget of the projects.
• Check and keep tracking of budget vs actual cost for cost control & optimization.
• Check requisition quantity in ERP as per BOQ/BOM.
• Co-ordination with site, procurement, billing & audit department for BOQ/BOM related issues.
• Input/Check BOQ/BOM in ERP system.
• Reconciliation of BOQ.
• Any other BOQ and cost control related tasks.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the management as and when required.

Educational Qualification

• B.Sc in Civil Engineering from reputed institute/ university

28–35 Years

Required Skills & Competencies

• Adequate knowledge on construction & building material
• Profound skill in interpretation of construction working drawings (Print & CAD form)
• Profound knowledge on construction estimation calculation and techniques
• Profound knowledge on rates of construction & building material and different trades
• Adequate skill in AutoCAD
• Adequate skill in MS Excel and MS Office suit
