InterStudio is the integrated design team provides avant-garde and sustainable solutions in Architecture and Interior Design. The team is responsible for Bay buildings’ look and feel, and the driving force behind Bay’s standout position in the market. We do so by maintaining the highest standards of planning and detailing and through continuous innovation in our product. Design Architect of InterStudio, the role encompasses conceptualizing and designing both interior and exterior construction projects. The role also includes Collaborating with senior Architects, assisting in project supervision, guiding Design Assistants in drawing, contributing to site implementation planning, and ensuring design standards.

• Develop concepts and detailed design in 3D modeling and 2D drawings for both Interior and Exterior construction work
• Work side-by-side with senior Architects as a team member
• Co-ordinate with Structure and MEP consultants
• Guide and supervise Design Assistants for construction drawings and shop drawings
• Assist in preparing and implementing Site Implementation Plan (SIP)
• Supervise ongoing work periodically
• Assist in Interior designing and budgeting
• Coordinate with other departments such as Engineering and Supply Chain Management as required to ensure work is completed at the site as per schedule
• Periodic site visits to collect information, take photographs, providing on the spot decisions as required
• Check slab layouts before casting and other layouts as and when required
• Drafting the drawings as required
• Coordinate with Clients regarding design-related issues
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the management
