Job Context
Bay Developments Ltd. is looking for an ambitious and self-starting individual to join our team as an Assistant/Deputy Manager in the Project Management Cell. You will oversee and manage various real estate projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality assurance and quality control through regular and random inspections. Working independently, you will coordinate with multiple departments, ensure project timelines are met, and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that all construction work meets set specifications and achieves the desired “look and feel” as defined by consultants, demonstrating the true value of Bay.
Job Description/Responsibilities
- Visit project sites as required to check major structural and finishing works
- Visit project sites as per the weekly plan
- Ensure construction work is being performed according to SOP, specifications, and design, and suggest improvements as necessary
- Ensure construction work adheres to all safety measures and suggest improvements as necessary
- Ensure the construction site follows the provided quality checklist and suggest improvements as necessary
- Maintain pictorial records of site observations for subsequent review and reporting
- Prepare and distribute QC reports with pictorials after project visits
- Continuously develop the Quality Management System (QMS) and Quality Policy
- Top supervision of finishing work & ID fit-out works at the site.
- Coordination with Project Coordinators regarding project observation & QC report
- Conduct periodic knowledge-sharing/learning and development sessions
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Department Manager or Top Management

Experience Requirements
- 5 to 8 years

- Sound knowledge of Building codes, construction tools, technique, technology, construction material & their quality
- Interpersonal & communication skills, stakeholder & time management skills, and documentation skill
- Architectural & structural drawing interpretation skill
- Observation skill
- Computer skills in MS Office Suite, AutoCAD, etc.
