Job Context
Bay Developments Ltd is seeking a driven and strategic professional to take on the role of Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager within our dynamic Client Support Team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead client relationships, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and contribute significantly to the successful execution of our high-end real estate projects. As a key member of our Client Support Team (CST), you will have the chance to shape client experiences, mentor team members, and uphold the highest standards of service delivery.
Job Description / Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct the client support team for assigned projects, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust communication channels with clients, site teams, architects, engineers, and senior management.
  • Proactively monitor project progress and address client concerns or potential delays.
  • Oversee and review financial documentation related to interior works, including client billing, costing, and credit recovery.
  • Conduct post-handover follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues promptly.
  • Maintain rigorous quality standards on completed and ongoing projects through regular inspections and reporting.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Procurement) to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Contribute to the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and recommend process improvements.
  • Mentor and train junior members of the Client Support team.
  • Represent Bay Developments Ltd. professionally in all client interactions, meetings, and events.

Educational Requirements
  • Master’s degree from a reputable university (Business, Architecture, or Engineering preferred).
Experience Requirements
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in client services, project coordination, or the real estate sector.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
Additional Requirements
  • Age: 28-35 years.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and team leadership abilities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of real estate development processes.
  • Outstanding English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated expertise in client handling and negotiation.
