The successful candidate will have to play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring the smooth operation of our workforce and contributing to a positive employee experience.
Job Description/Responsibilities
  • Conducting manpower projection, planning, and execution to ensure optimal staffing levels throughout the organization
  • Take ownership and implement talent management strategies and program
  • Developing and implementing strategies to attract top talent, including sourcing strategies, candidate screening, interviewing, and offering management
  • Conducting thorough analysis and evaluation of our current HR practices and policies, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies
  • Develop and execute employer branding initiatives with the marketing team
  • Updating and monitoring the employee orientation process
  • Supervising the performance evaluation and employee exit process
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Utilizing data and analytics to measure and report on recruitment metrics, HR process effectiveness, and employer branding impact
  • Performing any additional tasks as assigned by the management

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
  • 3 to 6 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
Additional Requirements
  • Age 28 to 36 years
  • Proven experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Specialist or similar position
  • Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in HRIS software and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Fluency in both English and Bangla languages
