We are seeking for a talented and dedicated Human Resources Professional to join our real estate company. The successful candidate will have to play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring the smooth operation of our workforce and contributing to a positive employee experience.
Job Description/Responsibilities
Conducting manpower projection, planning, and execution to ensure optimal staffing levels throughout the organization
Take ownership and implement talent management strategies and program
Developing and implementing strategies to attract top talent, including sourcing strategies, candidate screening, interviewing, and offering management
Conducting thorough analysis and evaluation of our current HR practices and policies, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices
Assisting in the development and implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies
Develop and execute employer branding initiatives with the marketing team
Updating and monitoring the employee orientation process
Supervising the performance evaluation and employee exit process
Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensuring alignment with business objectives
Utilizing data and analytics to measure and report on recruitment metrics, HR process effectiveness, and employer branding impact
Performing any additional tasks as assigned by the management

Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Requirements

Proven experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Specialist or similar position
Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with employees at all levels
Proficient in HRIS software and MS Office Suite
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
