Employment Status
- Conducting manpower projection, planning, and execution to ensure optimal staffing levels throughout the organization
- Take ownership and implement talent management strategies and program
- Developing and implementing strategies to attract top talent, including sourcing strategies, candidate screening, interviewing, and offering management
- Conducting thorough analysis and evaluation of our current HR practices and policies, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices
- Assisting in the development and implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives with the marketing team
- Updating and monitoring the employee orientation process
- Supervising the performance evaluation and employee exit process
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Utilizing data and analytics to measure and report on recruitment metrics, HR process effectiveness, and employer branding impact
- Performing any additional tasks as assigned by the management

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Specialist or similar position
- Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with employees at all levels
- Proficient in HRIS software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluency in both English and Bangla languages
