Job Context

Bay Developments Ltd is seeking a proactive, experienced, and strategic professional to join as an Assistant Manager/Sr. Executive, Client Support Team. This role demands leadership in managing client relationships, aligning internal departments, and driving excellence in project execution. As a key representative of the Client Support Team, you will supervise client engagement, support teams, and maintain the highest standards in service delivery across multiple high-end real estate projects.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the client support team across assigned projects to ensure timely and quality service.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, site personnel, architects, engineers, and senior management.
  • Monitor project milestones and proactively resolve client issues or delays.
  • Supervise and review financial documents related to interior works — including client billing, costing, and credit recovery.
  • Conduct post-handover follow-ups and ensure timely resolution of any outstanding issues.
  • Maintain quality standards of completed and ongoing projects by regular inspection and reporting.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Procurement) for seamless service delivery.
  • Support the implementation of SOPs and suggest process improvements where needed.
  • Train and mentor junior team members within the Client Support function.
  • Represent the company professionally in client meetings, events, and communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from any reputed university (preferably in Business, Architecture, or Engineering).
  • Master’s degree is an added advantage.
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in client services, project coordination, or real estate.

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
