Job Description/Responsibilities
Develop and execute visionary sales plans, processes, and
structures to create a strong foundation for our sales team,
ensuring consistent growth and profitability.
Lead and inspire the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to maximize their potential and maintain high levels of productivity.
Identify target markets, potential clients, and new business opportunities to drive sales growth and market presence.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property developers, investors, and potential buyers, to bolster partnerships and drive revenue.
Design and deliver compelling sales presentations, pitches, and proposals that showcase our company’s real estate offerings and value proposition.
Conduct continuous market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer preferences, translating insights into strategic actions.
Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to align sales strategies with broader business objectives.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics and performance indicators to track progress, assess results, and identify areas for improvement, driving data-driven decisions.

Requirements
5-10 years experience in Real Estate Sales
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
Willingness to travel and work outside of regular office hours as
needed.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative sales strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with real estate market dynamics, property development trends, and customer preferences in Bangladesh.
Experience in developing sales processes, systems, and structures within a new or growing organization is highly desirable.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
