Job Description/Responsibilities
- Develop and execute visionary sales plans, processes, and structures to create a strong foundation for our sales team, ensuring consistent growth and profitability.
- Lead and inspire the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to maximize their potential and maintain high levels of productivity.
- Identify target markets, potential clients, and new business opportunities to drive sales growth and market presence.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property developers, investors, and potential buyers, to bolster partnerships and drive revenue.
- Design and deliver compelling sales presentations, pitches, and proposals that showcase our company’s real estate offerings and value proposition.
- Conduct continuous market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer preferences, translating insights into strategic actions.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to align sales strategies with broader business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics and performance indicators to track progress, assess results, and identify areas for improvement, driving data-driven decisions.

Requirements
- 5-10 years experience in Real Estate Sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
- Willingness to travel and work outside of regular office hours as
- needed.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with real estate market dynamics, property development trends, and customer preferences in Bangladesh.
- Experience in developing sales processes, systems, and structures within a new or growing organization is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Fluency in both English and Bangla languages.
