Job Context
Bay Developments Ltd. is looking for an ambitious and self-starting individual to join our team as Executive/Sr. Executive, Digital Marketing. You will be in charge of planning and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company’s brand, products, and services across all digital platforms i.e. social media, websites, google eco-system etc. Your creativity, marketing knowledge and enthusiasm shall be fully focused towards boosting Bay’s successful brand even further. As the go-to member of all social media activities, you will work alongside a team member of Branding and Communications professionals to drive customer engagement, initiate and execute marketing campaigns and achieve key target metrics. Your role will play a key part in ensuring that everyone sees the true value of Bay.
Job Description / Responsibilities
Study market trends, client needs and growth opportunities to strategically position Bay’s product line
Work with cross-functional partners to develop solutions that will improve the timeliness, cost, and quality of Bay’s projects based on market research
Assist in developing and executing brand strategies
Assist in all physical marketing activities including project signage creation, 3D renderings, sales brochures and events
Assist in all digital marketing activities including website development, social media marketing, and display advertising
Manage the design and layout of various marketing materials, presentations, and marketing collateral
Assist the team in copy writing material for digital marketing mediums
Arrange signage or special printing requirements as required
Ensuring ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders, as needed
Ensure proper processing of requisitions, bills, etc.

Educational Requirements
BBA/MBA from any reputed University, with Major in Marketing
Skills Required: MS Office suites
Experience Requirements
2 to 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements
Age 23 to 28 years
Experience in digital marketing at advertising/digital marketing agency
Excellent command over English, both written and verbal
A good eye for aesthetically appealing content
Innovative spirit and passion for driving results with innovative social media campaigns
Strong personal organization and project management abilities
ERP, Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro etc.) experience is an advantage
