Job Context
Bay Developments Ltd. is looking for an ambitious and self-starting individual to join our team as Executive/Sr. Executive, Branding and Communications. Your creativity, marketing knowledge and enthusiasm shall be fully focused towards boosting Bay`s successful brand even further. As the go-to member of branding activities, you will work alongside a team member of Branding and Communications professionals to drive customer engagement, initiate and execute marketing campaigns and achieve key target metrics. Your role will play a key part in ensuring that everyone sees the true value of Bay.
Job Description / Responsibilities
  • Study market trends, client needs and growth opportunities to strategically position Bay’s product line
  • Work with cross-functional partners to develop solutions that will improve the timeliness, cost, and quality of Bay’s projects based on market research
  • Assist in developing and executing brand strategies
  • Assist in all physical marketing activities including supervision of project signage installation, sales brochure delivery and assist in event organization
  • Assist in all digital marketing activities including social media marketing, and display advertising
  • Manage the design and layout of various marketing materials, presentations, and marketing collateral
  • Assist the team in copy writing material for digital marketing mediums
  • Arrange signage or special printing requirements as required
  • Ensuring ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders, as needed
  • Ensure proper processing of requisitions, bills etc. in ERP
  • Any other tasks required by management

Educational Requirements
  • Graduate from any reputed University, preferably with a Marketing Major
Experience Requirements
  • 2 to 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements
  • Age 23 to 28 years
  • Experience in digital marketing at advertising/digital marketing agency
  • Excellent command over English, both written and verbal
  • A good eye for aesthetically appealing content
  • Innovative spirit and passion for driving results with innovative social media campaigns
  • Strong personal organization and project management abilities
  • Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro etc.) experience is an advantage
