Job Description / Responsibilities
Coordination of all facilities management activities for assigned projects involving maintenance, safety, security of completed buildings
Ensuring periodic maintenance and incidental repair works of assigned projects
Coordination with contracted vendors, suppliers, repair and maintenance providers to ensure timely and accurate service
Implementation and follow up of all standard work processes, documentations, operation control checks, employee evaluations in coordination with the management team
Arrangement of various events related to assigned project including organizing and coordinating departmental meetings
Preparing and reporting monthly status pertaining to finance required for maintaining departmental infrastructure and facilities
