Job Context
Bay Developments Ltd. is looking for an ambitious and self-starting individual to join our team as Executive/Sr. Executive, Digital Marketing. You will be in charge of planning and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company’s brand, products, and services across all digital platforms i.e. social media, websites, google eco-system etc. Your creativity, marketing knowledge and enthusiasm shall be fully focused towards boosting Bay’s successful brand even further. As the go-to member of all social media activities, you will work alongside a team member of Branding and Communications professionals to drive customer engagement, initiate and execute marketing campaigns and achieve key target metrics. Your role will play a key part in ensuring that everyone sees the true value of Bay.
Job Description / Responsibilities
  • Strategically plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns that will drive customer engagement and boost Bay’s image
  • Work closely with team to create social media content including photos, captions and web layouts
  • Be the copy writer for all captions, website content, and affiliate articles
  • Post content regularly to all social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube etc.
  • In depth knowledge of SEO and AD words programs
  • Create and monitor a wide variety of email marketing campaigns
  • Partner with influencers and key marketing affiliates
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing and continuously update our websites with new features, content and layouts
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs) and suggest operational changes
  • Support events, conferences, tradeshows, and internal events from a digital perspective
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Meet targeted metrics and return on investment

Educational Requirements
  • BBA/MBA from any reputed University, with major in Marketing
  • Skills Required: Google Ads, MS Office suites, WordPress
Experience Requirements
  • 2 to 5 year(s)
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply
Additional Requirements
  • Age 23 to 28 years
  • Experience in digital marketing at advertising/digital marketing agency
  • Strong understanding of all digital platforms – Web Development, Facebook, Instagram, Paid Ads
  • Comfortable analyzing and applying web data including traffic and conversion metrics
  • Excellent command over English, both written and verbal
  • A good eye for aesthetically appealing content
  • Innovative spirit and passion for driving results with innovative social media campaigns
  • Strong personal organization and project management abilities
  • Adobe Software (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro etc.) experience is an advantage
  • Skills on Wix, Mass Mailing/mail chimp
