Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and mentoring to ensure high performance and productivity.
Identify target markets, potential clients, and business opportunities to drive sales growth.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property developers, investors, and potential buyers.
Design and deliver effective sales presentations, pitches, and proposals to showcase our company’s offerings.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics and performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Establish and maintain a strong professional network within the real estate industry to leverage business opportunities.

Requirements

Experience in developing sales processes, systems, and structures within a new or growing organization is highly desirable.
