We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven MTO-Sales to join our real estate company. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of the real
estate market.
Roles and Responsibility
Generate new sales leads through multiple channels, including networking events, referrals, and cold calling
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including property developers, investors, and real estate agents
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends
Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, and provide expert advice on available properties
Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and other relevant documents
Negotiate with clients and close sales
Maintain a comprehensive database of clients and leads, also provide regular reports to management on sales activity and progress
Attend industry events and conferences to build your network and promote the company

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience as an MTO-Sales in the real estate industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Excellent negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to close deals
Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel and work outside of regular office hours as needed
Experience
2-5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
