We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven MTO-Sales to join our real estate company. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of the real estate market.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Generate new sales leads through multiple channels, including networking events, referrals, and cold calling
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including property developers, investors, and real estate agents
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, and provide expert advice on available properties
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and other relevant documents
  • Negotiate with clients and close sales
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of clients and leads, also provide regular reports to management on sales activity and progress
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build your network and promote the company

Job Nature



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an MTO-Sales in the real estate industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to close deals
  • Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel and work outside of regular office hours as needed


2-5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales. We welcome freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of experience to apply, as we believe that individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences bring unique perspectives and skills to our team.
