It is also the custodian of project documentation, guidance, process flows, knowledge & lessons learned and metrics for projects.

Who we are
The primary goal of Business Development is assessing the market and helping the company to realize its full potential, using such tools as marketing, promotions, information management and customer service. They develop the means to communicate Bay’s products & services and help the customer base reach a better understanding through project brochures, presentations, billboards, corporate events, and various types of desktop publications. They also foster online exposure of the company’s products using the corporate website, online brochures and exchange of information. Furthermore, their activities include assessing marketing opportunities and target markets, gathering intelligence on the customer base and competition, generating leads for sales, following up sales activity etc.
