Bay Developments, a leading real estate company with a legacy of nearly 30 years, is seeking a talented and visionary senior graphic designer to spearhead our creative endeavors and bring our unique design philosophy to life. As the Senior Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for all graphics work and crafting visually captivating marketing collateral that aligns with our brand identity and strategic goals.

• Generate innovative design concepts, incorporating Bay Developments’ distinctive style and philosophy into all visual elements.
• Develop an end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring a high level of creativity and attention to detail in all design deliverables.
• Maintain a cohesive visual identity throughout all marketing materials, ensuring they reflect the essence of Bay Developments’ brand image.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team and stakeholders to align design strategies with overall marketing objectives and communicate design ideas effectively.
• Provide art direction and constructive feedback to produce exceptional work that meets company standards.
• Collaborate with external agencies or freelancers, providing clear design briefs and ensuring that their work aligns with Bay Developments’ branding.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines, and ensuring a seamless design workflow.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and industry best practices, infusing modern and relevant ideas into our designs.

• 5 years of demonstrated success in graphic and motion design and prior experience as a senior designer or supervising designer
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline preferably in Fine Arts or Graphic Design.
• Exceptional creative thinking and a portfolio showcasing strong conceptualization and design skills.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Lightroom) and other relevant design software like Autocad, SketchUp, as well as in-depthknowledge of the Pre-Press.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage time efficiently and deliver projects within deadlines.
• A keen interest in the real estate industry and an understanding of how design impacts marketing efforts within this domain.
