Job Context

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our real estate company. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of the real estate market.

Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans, processes, and structures to establish a strong foundation for our sales team.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and mentoring to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Identify target markets, potential clients, and business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property developers, investors, and potential buyers.
  • Design and deliver effective sales presentations, pitches, and proposals to showcase our company’s offerings.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics and performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Establish and maintain a strong professional network within the real estate industry to leverage business opportunities.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience.

  • Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
  • Willingness to travel and work outside of regular office hours as needed.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with real estate market dynamics, property development trends, and customer preferences in Bangladesh.
  • Experience in developing sales processes, systems, and structures within a new or growing organization is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Fluency in both English and Bangla languages.
