Job Description / Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans, processes, and structures to establish a strong foundation for our sales team.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and mentoring to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Identify target markets, potential clients, and business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property developers, investors, and potential buyers.
- Design and deliver effective sales presentations, pitches, and proposals to showcase our company’s offerings.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics and performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Establish and maintain a strong professional network within the real estate industry to leverage business opportunities.

Educational Requirements

- Familiarity with real estate market dynamics, property development trends, and customer preferences in Bangladesh.
- Experience in developing sales processes, systems, and structures within a new or growing organization is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Fluency in both English and Bangla languages.
