Bay Developments is looking for an efficient and self-motivated individual to join our Team as Design Associate, Interstudio. You have to collaborate with architects and understand Design requirements of Architects with seamless communication between designers, site and management. As the go-to member of your assigned project(s), you will work alongside a team of design professionals to ensure timely delivery of projects and achieve key target metrics. Your role will play a key part in ensuring that everyone sees the true value of Bay.

• Preparation of Architectural drawings from the sketches done by architects
• Update any modifications of architectural drawings
• Check and update drawings from the structural engineer’s inputs
• Preparation of RAJUK and other authority drawings for approval
• Furniture, Electrical, and Plumbing layout drawings and landscape details drawings
• Architectural working drawings and details for construction.
• ID working drawings and details for construction
• Must have required skills in 3D modeling in Sketchup and other 3D software
• Animation in Sketchup and Lumion (optional)
• Site visit and supervision
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management
