The Executive – Accounts and Finance will be responsible for managing project-wise inventory accounting, preparing journal vouchers, and ensuring accurate entry of financial data based on system records. The role also includes VAT and tax documentation, reconciliation of ledgers, and support for audits. This position requires attention to detail, working knowledge of accounting systems, and the ability to coordinate across departments to maintain compliance and reporting accuracy.Job Description / Responsibilities
Job NatureInventory Management
- Enter project-wise Material Requisition Reports (MRR), Material Transfer Notes (MTN), and consumption data in ERP.
- Prepare and post related Journal Vouchers (JVs) in Tally.
- Reconcile and fix MRR, Store Issue Notes (SIN), and MTN entries.
Accounting Entries
- Record Journal Vouchers in the system for contractor/supplier bills, advance adjustments, salary provisions, and bank interest.
- Prepare and record intercompany Journals.
- Ensure timely and accurate entry of other journals as and when required.
VAT & Tax Compliance
- Prepare Mushak forms: 6.2.1, 6.3, and 6.6; send these to relevant parties as required.
- Reconcile tax ledgers with the general ledger.
- Prepare VAT/Tax challans and maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Part-qualified ACCA/CA/CMA preferred.

- 3 years of relevant experience.
