Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Executive – Human Resources to support day-to-day HR
operations, employee services, HR documentation, and people-related
initiatives. The position will work closely with employees, line
managers, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient
execution of HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Services
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and provide timely support to employees and departments.
- Maintain and update employee personal files, HR records, and databases.
- Process employee joining, confirmation, transfer, promotion, separation, and other HR documentation.
- Prepare HR letters, certificates, notices, and other employee-related documents.
- Respond to employee queries and coordinate with concerned departments for resolution.
Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support
- Monitor attendance, leave, late attendance, and other employee records.
- Verify attendance and leave data for monthly payroll processing.
- Coordinate with Finance and relevant departments regarding payroll-related information.
- Maintain accurate records of overtime, deductions, and other applicable employee information.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Coordinate pre-employment documentation and joining formalities.
- Support effective onboarding and orientation of new employees.
Performance & Employee Development
- Support performance appraisal and confirmation processes.
- Coordinate training and development activities, including training schedules, attendance, and documentation.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
HR Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure HR processes and documentation comply with company policies and applicable laws.
- Prepare regular HR reports, MIS, and management information as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee information.
- Support HR audits and other HR projects as assigned.
Educational Qualification

BBA in Human Resource Management from a recognized university.

Additional HR-related certification or professional qualification
will be an advantage.
Experience
-
1–2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources,
preferably in a structured corporate environment.

Experience in HR operations, recruitment, attendance, payroll support,
and employee documentation will be preferred.

- Good knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and Bangla, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and team-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
