Bay Developments Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as
Executive/Sr. Executive, Branding and Communications. In this role, your primary focus will
be on strategy and planning to keep Bay as the top brand of the industry as it is. We are
looking for someone who brings creativity, marketing expertise, and a strong strategic
mindset to drive customer engagement, to execute effective marketing campaigns, and to
achieve our key objectives. Your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring that the true
value of Bay is recognized by all.
- Develop strategic positioning: Conduct in-depth market research, analyze client needs, and identify growth opportunities to strategically position Bay’s product line in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with cross-functional partners to develop innovative solutions that enhance the timeliness, cost-effectiveness, and quality of Bay’s projects, based on market insights.
- Execute brand strategies: Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies that align with Bay’s objectives and resonate with our target audience.
- Oversee physical marketing activities: Take charge of physical marketing initiatives, including supervising project signage installation, coordinating sales brochure delivery, and providing support for event organization.
- Manage digital marketing activities: Drive Bay’s digital presence through various channels, including social media marketing and display advertising.
- Design and layout: Take responsibility for the design and layout of marketing materials, presentations, and collateral, ensuring a visually appealing and consistent brand image.
- Copywriting: Assist the team in crafting compelling copy for digital marketing mediums, maintaining a consistent tone and brand voice.
- Coordinate special printing requirements: Arrange for signage or special printing needs as necessary to support marketing initiatives.
- Stakeholder communication: Foster ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and maximize collaboration.
- Additional tasks: Undertake any other responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Work at office
- 2-5 years in digital marketing at an advertising or digital marketing agency
- Graduation from any reputed University, preferably with a Marketing Major
- 23 to 28 years
- Excellent command of written and verbal English
- Possess a keen eye for aesthetically appealing content
- Demonstrate a passion for driving results through innovative social media campaigns
- Exhibit strong personal organization and project management abilities
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite, Adobe CC or other relevant software is an advantage
