The manicured lawn of the roof garden is a stylistic turning point away from the pastiche of Arts and Crafts. Here the landscape architect has designed the entire garden blended with hard and soft elements. Hard environment designed by Century, Cactus, stone, pavers, blended with soft environment such as grass lawn, Ferns, shrubs etc. A wooden bridge stands as the main feature at the roof garden during night glowing by light, shade and shadow. The network of Cycus, Ferns, Century and Fycus creates an astonishing and delightful interpolation, a defiantly exotic counterpoint to the classical urns and hedge. Bay’s professional maintenance team has managed the building for two years.
