As the Senior Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for leading a team of designers and crafting visually captivating marketing collaterals that align with our brand identity and strategic goals.

• Creative Vision: Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design concepts, incorporating Bay Developments’ distinctive style and philosophy into all visual elements
• Design Development: Oversee the end-to-end design process, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring a high level of creativity and attention to detail in all design deliverables
• Brand Consistency: Maintain a cohesive visual identity throughout all marketing materials, ensuring they reflect the essence of Bay Developments’ brand image
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing team and stakeholders to align design strategies with overall marketing objectives and communicate design ideas effectively

• Graduate from any reputed University, preferably with a major in Marketing/BFA/Graphics Art/Media and Communication
• Skills Required: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adove After Effect, Illustrator, Lightroom, ms officer, Photoshop

• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated success in graphic design, with prior experience in real estate industry

• Creativity: Exceptional creative thinking and a portfolio showcasing strong conceptualization and design skills
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software as well as in-depth knowledge of the printing process
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Time Management: Strong organizational abilities to manage time efficiently and deliver projects within deadlines
