Role
Bay’s solid brand of three decades was built brick by brick, project by project. As we expand into the wider segment with Aloy Developments, we need Marketing professionals who will drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies.
Job Description/Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to build and position Aloy Developments as a leading brand in the wider segment of real estate market.
  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Utilize a mix of traditional and digital marketing channels to effectively reach and engage potential customers.
  • Oversee the creation and management of marketing content, including digital ads, social media posts, email campaigns, and more.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies, customer segmentation, and campaign optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to maximize marketing effectiveness and ROI.

Experience Requirements
  • 5 – 8 years of proven expertise in marketing and brand management with a strong digital presence.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic thinking and execution of successful marketing campaigns and new-brand building.
