As a strategic move towards broader horizons, Bay is moving to the larger, mid-market segment through Aloy Developments. This initiative aims to redefine and elevate living standards in this segment and positively impact the society.

We have already started activities in this segment with a small project Arunaloy as a test case in Bashundhara. Next is Meghaloy, with 150+ units, which is expected to establish Aloy’s physical presence in this neighborhood and beyond.

We wish to attract dynamic and forward-thinking professionals to join us in shaping this future. We are establishing a solid foundation by onboarding mid-level and senior-level managers in Aloy Sales.

Role
As a Senior Sales Manager at Bay Developments, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales strategies, client acquisition, and revenue growth for the new brand Aloy Developments. You will be responsible for leading a small yet dynamic sales team that will grow over time.

You are expected to employ innovative sales approaches, and contribute to the advancement and maximization of our new brand’s value. Your role will involve managing the sales funnel, achieving and exceeding sales targets, and nurturing client relationships to identify and leverage growth opportunities.

Job Description/Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Utilize market analysis and forecasting to inform and refine sales strategies.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Develop and structure effective sales processes to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Implement and optimize sales processes, ensuring they align with organizational goals and customer needs.

Experience Requirements
  • 8-10 years of proven experience in sales leadership roles within the real estate or construction industry.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Strong background in market analysis, sales forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Experience in building and managing high-performance sales teams.
Skills and Competencies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to leverage data-driven insights for sales strategy development.

Additional Requirements
  • Real estate industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Certifications in sales management or related areas are advantageous but not mandatory.
