To meet business expansion needs, we’re looking for Site In-Charge in the Engineering and Construction Management.

• Smooth coordination with corporate office construction management team
• Coordination with design consultants (Structural, Electrical, and Plumbing) for effective implementation of projects
• Coordination with supply chain department to ensure timely supply of materials
• Budgeting and estimating, their proper application to projects, and control at site
• Preparation and implementation of project schedule as per targets set by management
• Preparing and implementing Site Implementation Plan (SIP)
• Design and implementation of training programs for site technical and non-technical staff
• Ensure quality works and quality product & authentication/certification of bills
• Ensure overall quality control in the projects as per the standard set by management
• Report project status and progress report & prepare interim/revised project schedule
• Other duties and projects relating to construction management as assigned by the management from time to time
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the management

• Only BSc in Civil Engineering, from any reputed university

• 3 years or more
