Client Support Team strives to be the one-stop solution for Bay’s clientele. Since its inception back in 2009, it has been operating as a bridge between the clients, designers, site and management. The primary objective of the department is to help Bay’s clients build their dream homes by offering a turnkey solution to their requirements in accordance with Bay’s design ethos through continuous monitoring and supervision of the customizations till the handover. They are a passionate bunch, who are always ready to walk the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction by ensuring Bay’s commitment towards leadership and sustainability.

We are looking for a self-motivated and process-oriented person who is energetic and drives changes. He is expected to have a very good command at communication. He will be responsible for providing strategic support to increase profits, ensuring full-service to clients, working on corporate strategies, and providing market intelligence
